We are looking to add to our Driving Range Tee Line Attendant team!
As a Driving Range Tee Line Attendant, you will ensure driving range rules are enforced and maintain the cleanliness of the Driving Range area. This part-time, year-round position typically offers up to 24 hours of work per week. Most shifts start between 7:00 PM and end 10:00-11:00 PM.
This position is perfect for students and retirees looking for an easy way to fill up some time, and enjoy some golf perks! This is a perfect opportunity for retirees.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Toptracer is up and running.
- Educate customers on the Toptracer system.
- Help customers with Toptracer profiles.
- Enforce ‘One basket of balls per bay (no sharing between bays).
- Enforce ‘No camping (customers must be hitting. No reserving bays while eating or drinking).
- Ensure bays have rubber tees.
- Ensure driving range rules are adhered to.
- Retrieve empty range baskets from the hitting bays.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the MOD / Director of Golf.
- Tidy up chairs on the tee line.
- Pick up litter.
- Clean monitors with a damp rag at the end of the shift.
- Return meal baskets to the kitchen.
- Always be actively looking for things to do.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Driving Range Attendant experience is an asset.
- Reliable transportation
Skills and Abilities
Team-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Physically able to carry out the functions of the position.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of golf and/or the ability to play the game is an asset
