Responsibilities

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with prep and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies.
